About Me
For more than nine years, I have worked across digital marketing, SEO, CRM, and growth operations, helping brands become more visible, sustainable, and effective in the digital landscape.

I began my career in the tourism industry, specializing in CRM. During this period, I contributed to projects focused on customer journeys, loyalty programs, and user experience. Working closely with UX, CRO, and development teams, I gained a strong understanding of how customer experience drives business performance.
​
I later joined a global media agency, where I managed SEO and analytics operations for national and international brands across the banking, automotive, technology, and luxury jewelry sectors. This experience strengthened my data-driven approach while deepening my expertise in organic growth and digital visibility.

Following that, I spent nearly six years leading SEO and Content Marketing teams within an independent digital marketing agency. During this time, I built and managed organic growth frameworks covering SEO, ASO, CRO, and web development. I worked with brands across fashion, jewelry, hospitality, cosmetics, personal care, food supplements, and e-commerce, leading growth initiatives designed to increase visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue. In later years, I expanded my responsibilities to include the management of broader growth teams incorporating performance marketing and paid media.

Today, I work as an independent consultant, supporting businesses not only with strategy but also with execution. My approach combines planning, implementation, and operational management to ensure that growth initiatives translate into measurable business outcomes.
